One of the greatest strengths our management team possesses is the collective experiences we have accumulated over the past 25 years in various ministry and finance environments. Having such a wonderful history to draw upon, makes it very easy for us to identify with the struggles you face each day as you attempt to maximize the resources available for day-to-day operational demands and ministry programs, and at the same time plan for long-term growth and ministry effectiveness. Sometimes these tasks can seem downright opposing, if not mutually exclusive. Having faced these challenges from both the perspective of a ministry finance officer as well as a ministry banker has given us a tremendous ability to balance, navigate and communicate these needs and requirements.
